Shipping & Orders
Orders
Hungry Horse & Picky Pooch have a 'Bake to order' policy, once payment has been received we bake the order. We will email you once your payment has been made and once again to inform you your order has been shipped. We aim to ship your order within 4 business days. If we are unable to do this for any reason we will notify you via email . At Christmas and Easter our busy times of year we aim to ship within 6 business days.
Shipping rates for Australian customers:
- $8.50 flat rate Australia-wide (for orders under $60)
- Free shipping for orders over $60
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Parcel Service.
Payment Inforamtion:
We accept the following payment methods:
- PAYPAL (for credit card payments)
- Bank Deposit / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Money Order
- Personal or Bank Cheque
Payment is required within 7 days of placing an order. If we haven't received your payment by then we will cancel the order. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Using Bank Deposit / EFT
At the end of the checkout process our bank details (Account Name, Number & BSB) will be provided to you. Your Order Confirmation email will also contain our bank details. If you are unable to locate them when making payment please contact us & we will email them to you.
Please use your order number as the payment description when paying via EFT. This can be found on the 'Order Confirmation' email that is sent to you after the checkout process.
Using Paypal
We use Paypal to accept payments via credit card. It is secure, fast & free to use. For more inforamtion about Paypal please visit the Paypal site: www.paypal.com.au
